The cigars are packaged in two different 11-count boxes. All three items are placed in a large box, which depicts an Arturo Fuente.

Some of the cigars included are regular production items, others are harder-to-find cigars like the BBMF or Hemingway Between the Lines, while others like the OpusX 25 are nearly impossible to find. Interestingly, not all of the cigars are Arturo Fuente products. There are cigars from Ashton, J.C. Newman and Prometheus—all of which are made by Fuente.
